License errors usually occur due to:

• Incorrect license key entry - double-check for typos
• License key not activated - ensure you've completed the activation process
• Using the wrong cTrader account - license is tied to your cTrader user ID
• Network connectivity issues - check your internet connection

Contact support with your purchase receipt if the problem continues.

This could be due to:

• Insufficient historical data - ensure you have enough bars loaded
• Wrong timeframe - some indicators work better on specific timeframes
• Settings configuration - review the indicator settings
• Chart data issues - try refreshing your chart data

Check the product documentation for recommended settings.

Check these locations:

• Your browser's default download folder
• Check your email for the download link if you haven't downloaded it yet
• Search your computer for files with .algo extension
• Check your spam/junk folder if the email wasn't received

If you still can't find it, contact support and we'll resend the download link.

Ensure:

• cTrader Desktop is installed and running
• You're double-clicking the .algo file (not trying to open it with another program)
• The file isn't corrupted - try re-downloading it
• You have the latest version of cTrader Desktop

If cTrader doesn't open automatically, try right-clicking the file and selecting "Open with cTrader".
